Our History
CertaPro Painters of Tacoma is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2014. We complete interior and exterior residential painting in Pierce and Kitsap counties. We pride ourselves on being a great employer as well as a customer-driven, quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.
Job Responsibilities
Our Ideal candidate is some one who is looking for a long-term position and to grow with our company. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Kick off the beginning of each project with the paint crew and the client
- Check in with crews daily to monitor progress, assist in trouble shooting challenges, and check in with clients
- Conduct crew safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Assist office with scheduling and coordination of crews and clients
- Conduct project walk throughs with clients during the project
- Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
- Deliver product and supplies when needed
- Recruit new paint crews
- Lead production meetings in office
- Submit daily progress reports to office staff
- Maintain client relationship throughout the project and any follow-ups needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of paint and/or painting experience is preferred
- Hands on construction trade experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without direction
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Not afraid to confront challenges head on
- A great eye for detail
- Coachable with a continuous improvement mindset
- Under promise and over deliver mindset
